Transitioning to Organic

Revitalizing Punjab's Soil Through Nature

Breaking the wheat-paddy cycle to bring health back to our land and our people.

Validation & Safety Notice

PunjabAgri is currently in a research and transition phase. All content regarding organic techniques and farming diversification is for educational guidance only. We strongly urge all visitors to independently validate any farming practices with certified agricultural experts before implementation.

Why Diversification?

For decades, Punjab has relied on a monoculture of wheat and rice. While productive, this has led to depleted water tables and exhausted soil. At PunjabAgri, we are championing a shift toward:

  • โœ” Horticulture: Introducing Kinnow, Guava, and local citrus belts.
  • โœ” Pulses & Oilseeds: Moong, Mustard, and Sunflower to naturally fix nitrogen.
  • โœ” Water Conservation: Replacing flood irrigation with smart, localized systems.
